Where to Claim Your Lotto Prize
For E-Lotto Prizes:
- Prizes of ₱300,000 and below can be claimed directly through the E-Lotto app.
- Prizes above ₱300,000 must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office.
To claim your prize:
- Show the QR code from your winning ticket.
- Bring two (2) valid IDs.
- Write your name and signature on the back of the winning ticket.
PCSO carefully checks all winning tickets. Fake or altered tickets will not be accepted.
For prizes below ₱10,000, you can go to the nearest PCSO branch.

If there’s a major holiday, PCSO will announce if a draw is cancelled ahead of time.

- You have 1 year from the draw date to claim your prize. After that, the ticket is no longer valid.
- Always double-check your ticket: bet type, amount, draw date, and numbers.
- Only players 18 years old and above can join PCSO games.
- Buy tickets only from official PCSO outlets. Avoid anyone claiming to sell “winning” numbers.
Keep your ticket safe. Don’t expose it to heat, as tickets are heat-sensitive and may get damaged. Damaged tickets won’t be accepted.
